This place is certainly a hidden gem. I grew up in the area and I was skeptical that Prairie Green was all that they represented. However, I have been pleasantly surprised over and over again. The quality of care is fantastic, and the staff have been very kind and responsive. It takes a tremendous load off my mind to know that my mother is being taken care of and I am able to address any challenges in prompt fashion. Highly recommend!

Lord Jesus please don’t put any of your family members into this place if you really care and love them. This place is depressing. I came in looking for a job and let me tell you these people do not care about the elderly that live there and they’re rude. I couldn’t even get a hold of a supervisor from the woman at the front desk I had to try calling multiple times to try to find out who’s the supervisor. They literally leave people in wheelchairs in the hallway and lobby area just sitting there looking lonely with nothing to do without a caregiver giving them companionship. How do you just let them sit there like that? They look extremely sad and depressed. I also saw two young ladies walking passed they just were talking not doing anything important and walked right passed those sitting in the lobby. Once I left the supervisor a msg she called me & her response was that those people ask to sit there. Yeah they may want to go to different areas of the building but I’m sure they’d still want to be acknowledged and spoken to like human beings that they are. I will definitely find out who I have to get a hold of to have them investigate you all you should be ashamed.
Prairie Green is a clean,loving environment.staff are friendly and very hands on with everything My uncle is very happy at Prairie Green as well as the rest of My family and I. love this place
II have lived at Prairie Green for seven years. The accommodations are very nice. I have found the employees to be friendly and helpful. We are served three meals daily. If the entree isn’t something we like there are alternatives. Activities are offered daily. During the pandemic we were protected to the best of their ability. Testing was done twice weekly, meals served in rooms, room activities offered etc. Best of all are the numerous friends I have made. I have found management willing to work with me to solve any problems that occur.
My family and I toured Prairie Green at Dixie Crossing, and hands down this is an amazing community! We moved Mommy in last week. She’s very happy with her unit and the staff. We are happy as well, no correction, we are ecstatic that she is getting her wants and needs met! You know the saying if Mama ain’t happy then nobody is...We are all smiles over here!❤️ Thanks Prairie Green for wowing our socks off and then delivering!
