Prairie Bluffs Senior Living was a very good place for my husband who has dementia. The staff took care of him as if he was their family. Management listens and works with families to find solutions and are readily available to talk to. After looking at many facilities, I was relived and happy that PB was his spot to call home for over 2 years.

There are many cons to this place to be prepared for: - Call a nurse and wait 2 hours OR they won't even show up - There are no nurses/doctors on duty overnight - Nurses not knowing how to take care of their patients - The nurse aides who distribute pills are not allowed give out bandages - They do not inform hospitals why patients are being transferred And so much more! A month ago, my grandma got a bruise on her leg and the nurse started panicking, saying she had an aneurysm and shouldn't move or she'd die, which terrified her! 3 days later, she went to the hospital by ambulance, and when she got there, doctors had no record of the reason why she was there. It was very treatable, and she was not going to die. Most recently, my grandma got a cut on her shin. They put a bandage on it and never looked at it again or changed the bandage. This was two weeks ago... and now she is in the hospital with a very bad infection and on an IV. She lived there for 3 months. She’s getting out of the hospital on Tuesday and will be living somewhere else I highly, highly do not recommend having your family members live here, especially if you're paying $9,000 a month.
Prairie Bluffs senior community is truly an incredible place to send your elderly relative. When I found out my mother needed to go to an assisted living I was worried she wouldn't be taken care of properly, but I couldn't be happier with how it has gone. The staff treat the residents with amazing respect and care and the building has a real sense of family. I couldn't be happier with Prairie Bluffs.

My husband and I moved in 2 months ago and have found Prairie Bluffs Senior Living to be a wonderful community. Beautiful facility, well appointed apartments and an amazing team that made us feel welcomed! Great community amenities including meals that are delicious, movie theatre, bistro, etc. Great decision to move here!
