This place is amazing. The quality of service they give to your loved ones. They are soooo compassionate, loving and patient. The entire admission process was stress free. They took there time, everybody welcomed us. Being someone care taker is never easy & when you have to make a tough decision to put your loved one where you know they will be taken care of. This place is your place. 247 round the clock care. Lots of love. You can feel the love when you walk in. From Mrs. Breanna Kelly, Mrs. Joy, Mrs. Dawn, Mrs. Brigette, & can’t forget about Mrs. SELLIE who’s the best cook in the world. That was more than food is was definitely good for your soul. You are as strong as your leaders. The lead ship sucks! They don’t have a clue! 10years ago this place had standards , great care and Competent nursing! Now, just a pretty building. The incompetence starts at the head!
Extraordinary care for my mom in both assisted living and nursing sections. Nothing's perfect, but the collaborative approach and good communications was huge.
Extremely overpriced, with questionable food for residents, and disingenuous management. Would rather invest in a retirement community that will show they actually care about what will happen to my loved one, than paying for an expensive façade.
Insanely expensive, but at least they COVID test staff, and if the power goes out their phone lines still work
