I've been to yoga studios across multiple countries and the Power living yoga studio in Manly is really amazing. The type of yoga offered, the studio, vibe, community & the teachers are outstanding. I was pleasantly surprised how much the experience is enhanced for your mind & body when all the above factors are of great quality. Marty's & Krista's classes are a personal fav. Highly recommend. Staff are friendly and very welcoming. Classes are awesome ,dynamic and the teachers know there stuff. Great energy in the studio. A pleasure to practice in there studio
I love practicing Yoga at Power Living Manly, the studio is more than a Yoga studio, it’s more like a sanctuary with incredible energy! The teachers are knowledgeable so the classes are always excellent, showing the true spirit of Yoga. Highly recommended. With love, Natalia 🫶🦋
Power living Manly has given me the balance I need, for my mind, soul and body. As an evolving human being, a surfer, owner of my own business with two teens and a busy schedule I find this is the balance that grounds me, literally. Every class, is a coaching session on being kind to myself, whilst reminding me of my strength, my vunerability and that I am a beautiful work in progress. Thank you team
