My wife and I recently visited our first cousin at the Genesis Skilled Nursing and Rehab facility. The receptionist was very helpful and kind. We also talked to one of nurses and her Physical Therapist who were very knowledgeable and were taking great care of my cousin. Thank you.

This was a work-related visit and I’m in many facilities and hospitals throughout the week. Not often do I encounter such kind, helpful and caring people, but I honestly did here and it wasn’t just a few people it was everyone! So it was pleasant experience visiting your building.
My mother has been there for 6 days and expecting to be there another two weeks. Our experience has been great so far. She’s getting PT to help her walk with a walker again after her stroke. She is being treated very well and she says the food is very good!
This place is poorly run. Works off excuse of understaffed. Mixes patients with mental health issues into shared rooms with non mental health issues patients... stealing and yelling is common behaviors demonstrate by the mentally "in need"( trying to be politically appropriate) patients against roommates. Nurses are short tempered, the food would not be served to rats...but eventually finds it way to patients. . Delivery food goes missing or grossly late.... Sigh and this is only a sample of what the management actively imposes on the patients . Shame ...
I was visiting a Dear Friend in Hospice Care! And everyone was friendly and caring! Only minor negative, was a slight but noticeable urine smell!
