CROOKS! This place will bait and switch their price. Image being told via in person, email ,and phone a price and when you arrive to sign the contract they change it.
Needs professional painting, with quality paint throughout interior, halls, apartments & resident areas, as was promised in 2015. Office and lobby areas are better quality than halls, & common areas. Need comfortable seating in main community room. Terrible old, stained floors in apartment kitchens & baths. Ad states upgraded counters & floors in apartments, however, few, if any, are. Exercise room is available, but most, if not all equipment is broken or otherwise unable to be used. New management has improved the general morale. Active resident participation enables social programs, but very small participation. Poor, outdated security at front door, and no keys available for back doors, which means that the rear area of apartment complex, which contains patio, garden and barbecue area, is virtually impossible to be utilized by residents who have any difficulty walking, because they cannot get back into building unless they walk all the way around to the front.
RUN AWAY! DO NOT BRING YOUR PARENT HERE!!! RUDEST & RACIST STAFF, in my opinion!!!!
I called to inquire about a 2 br. And was told since I won't be 55 until next month I needed to wait because everyone needs to be 55 before applying the lady talked to fast to answer all my questions so I ended the call
