Being at Potamac Valley has been one of the most extraordinary times of my life starting with entering the facility you are greeted with such smiling and welcoming staff and receptionist. Moving into where I spend my month into the Arizona wing are the nurses where they welcome me with respect and kindliness. I met so many great staff person's on my first day I lost count but everyone was helpful and kind. I love their activities department. Ernesto can really sing and I love Ms. Carmen and how nice she is.They have so many wonderful activities like bingo and arts and crafts. I also enjoy going to rehab and working with Rosa, Chrystal and Martin. They pushed me to keep going even through the pain because it was going to help me in the end and it did. Thank you to Cita the supply lady who supplies me with the incontinence care supplies when I needed them I really appreciate it. Thank you for anyone I forgot to mention thank you to the whole Potomac Valley family for making my stay there enjoyable and may God bless you all!!!

Potomac Valley is indeed a well-known and reputable facility. They have caring staff who are dependable and communicative. The activity staff is one like I have never seen in the most positive of ways. They are always resident focused first and look for new innovative, creative and uplifting engaging activities for all of the residents. I highly recommend this facility.
The activities department does some of the most fun and creative activities. The whole department truly cares about every single resident at the facility. They make a fun atmosphere, and are always coming up with new and engaging activities. Book fares, prom, Christmas light outing, live music, movie nights, holiday “parades”, bingo- just a few of the activities they’ve done and continue to do. Boyet, Carmen, Ernie and the whole department are truly amazing people. If you see them, you know they’ll have a smile on their face welcoming everyone they encounter. Not only do the engage all residents but they engage the staff also, everyday at work is always fun when you’re with the activity department.
Potomac Valley is one of the nicest nursing homes I've ever been to. The staff is incredibly friendly and the building is in a great area with deer that you can see outside of your window. The activities staff is incredibly friendly and are always putting on great events. 10/10 would recommend
Our experience has been wonderful. The staff really cares about their residents. There is a warmth about this place that helps to ease worries. The staff is responsive and even when busy try to give help as soon as they can. We are very pleased with my husband's progress
