I really enjoyed my stay at Portside Health Rehab Center. Unit 2 whole nursing staff took really good care of me. The rehab department really challenge me in various way to make sure I’m absolutely fit to enter back to my normal activities. The management team was also on point at making sure all my obligations were met to be discharge. I personally must say I am well rehabilitated and feel I am ready to reunite with my daily obligations. Your Truly Robert M Tyler
The staff was very helpful. My father was there for 3 weeks . He was there during the snow storm . The aides did their best to care for my father . Having our father in this facility helped us to exercise our patience .
My Sister was admitted to Saber Portside Skilled Health and Rehabilitation Center early July 2024 and discharged the end of the first week August 2024. Due to another illness, my Sister needed skilled Rehabilitation Center services once again January 2025. My Sister and her family requested admission to Saber Portside skilled Health and Rehabilitation Center once again since her earlier stay there was favorable. We, again, found Portside’s staff to be ‘Patient Oriented’, ‘Patient Friendly’ and ‘Pro Patient’. Thank you Portside Health and Rehabilitation Center for caring about my sister and all patients under your care.
My husband and I experienced a very warm and caring environment when our loved one was admitted to Portside today. The admissions director and staff were very professional, informative, and patient. We truly believe that our family member will receive the quality of care which is needed.
