I toured this apartment community on behalf of my mom in early June. It was during an open house. In hindsight, I realize there were many warning signs about this community for senior citizens. My assessment is thus: The entire operation seems to use tactics to lure potential apartment dwellers and cottage owners to the community. Only later do they tell you that to meet the qualifications to live there, they require $200,000 - $300,000 in liquidated assets for even the smallest of units, which is approximately 438 square feet of living space. My studio was 450 square feet, so what these people are trying to sell you is an obvious scam. The individual, Kristine Tobias, tried to suggest low to moderate public housing or seemed to imply I should sell my own assets to put down incredulous down payments, fees, etc. Stay away from such scams. Better yet, contact the PA Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) on these people.

A dear family member needed rehab after a fall in her home and Stoneridge Poplar Run provided excellent care during her stay. We are so thankful for the progress she made and would highly recommend this facility, its nurses, staff and the administration to anyone.
I was a patient at Stoneridge Poplar Run in their rehab section from mid April to the end of July 2022. I would highly recommend Stoneridge Poplar Run. I had been at Poplar Run less then a week when I had a blood clot dislodge and go into my left lung, without the quick and decisive response the staff had on my behalf I wouldn’t be here to write a review for Poplar Run. After almost 2 weeks in ICU I returned to Poplar Run. I couldn’t have asked for more loving care than I received. Everyone from the administration staff to the ones keeping my room clean called me by my first name. Doesn’t sound like much but to the one having to stay away from their family and friends it made a huge difference. They all became friends who took care of me spiritually and physically. The occupational department and the physical therapy department had exceptional personal. Wish I could find the words to tell you in this review how much these people care about you as a person. You are not just someone they have to work with daily but they take a personal responsibility for your rehabilitation. From the day I arrived to the day I left the staff had nothing but my well being and wanted me to be able to walk on my own again and take care of myself without help. I highly recommend Stoneridge Poplar Run.
My parents live here and they enjoy it very much! It is in a beautiful area and the facilities are really nice with new additions!! There are always plenty of activities to participate in and the fellowship is wondeful! The meals and dining are also very fine! Check it out sometime!
About to put my father in law here. Kept up well. Very clean. Grounds taken good care of.
