Pomeroy Living did a great job with my mother. The establishment is very nice. What really impressed me the most were all the staff visible at the facility. No shortage of help here. Not like other places I’ve been to that are under staffed. If I ever need to go into a rehab facility myself, I want it to be this one. I’m very happy with the service our family received.

Pomeroy Skilled Rehab - Sterling Heights is a wonderful facility! My special needs adult brother stayed at the facility for 2 1/2 weeks of rehab. The staff was attentive to his special needs and provided great care! The facility was clean and the lobby was welcoming with the bird cage and plenty of table space & tv for family visits. Shout out to the caring and friendly staff that took care of my brothers' needs and included family in conversations of his progress - Thank you to the care staff: Aaron, Orlando, Brasil, Tangi, Eddie, Anita, Muhammed, Wanda, Aimee (and any staff I may have missed)! Your care and compassion did not go unnoticed!
I can't thank Tammy enough for helping my sister and I to navigate through the process of placing our mother Into memory care. From the start Tammy went above and beyond. The caregivers are wonderful. The attention and personal care my mother recieves is outstanding . The nursing staff is top notch. My Mother gets her meds on time everyday.With dementia having patients take medication is one of the hardest part of this horrible disease. With The nurses patience and loving care my mother is now taking her medication. I'm always greeted with a smile and feel so welcomed. My mother's room is always very clean and stocked . She is showered regularly and her bathroom care is checked throughout the day. As my mother's caregiver for over 2yrs I am blessed to of found Pomeroy Memory care for my mother.
Xavier is very officiant, responsive and always knows what I need before I need it. He is a very good caretaker. The faculty have great staff that are attentive and making sure my stay here is a good one. Urmi makes sure I am active and always cheers me up when coming to visit. Kelly is terrific and really knows her stuff, always shows care when she treats me. Eugene always solves the problems I have with no hesitation. All in all it’s a good faculty, no place is perfect but they do there best to take care of me with the amount of people they have to take care of. Be patient with the staff sometimes it may take awhile but they have others to take care of.
Great staffing, my grandmother received great care. I met with the Administrator and DON and they were very nice, always there. I don’t know how they take care of so many demands at one time. But I appreciate their efforts. Please be kind to the staff. I’ve seen some unreasonable patients and families, if we are not kind to those taking care of our loved ones we will have no one left to do so.
