We’ve had the pleasure of servicing the aquarium at Pomeroy Senior Living, and it’s clear this facility stands out among the many senior homes we work with across Michigan. The staff is exceptionally friendly and always attentive to the residents’ needs. It’s reassuring to see a place where genuine care and compassion are a priority. I just Resigned from my position at this Facility the DOW is a complete joke ... she talks to employees with so much disrespect. They over work there staff with no remorse... I have worked a shift with just me and one other person... and the DOW refused to come in and help.. if there 14 days in a pay period I worked 13 and two were doubles... Had a family emergency had 2 take 2 days off and was suspended talking about attendance issues. There are 2 great things in this place the Receptionist Nicole and Med Tech Trina
I worked at pomeroy for 5 months was fired due to family emergency and was asked to come back a month later and than was fired due to a girl who was bullying me and I reached out and explained my concerns to the managers and nothing was done until the girl disrespected me I front of your loved ones the nurse and the director doesn’t care about the well being of the family’s in here the best I have ran across was house keeping Kendall is absolutely amazing and so is Laura with activities she definitely goes above and beyond to make sure the residents are shown love , it’s very unfortunate that this place will bring back such terrible workers to care for your loved one also Nichole at the front desk absolutely amazing . The HR in the assisted living is completely clueless to everything !
