I would like to express my disappointment regarding the cleanliness of my grandmother's room (94 years old) at Chantepie hospital, in geriatrics. Unfortunately, I found that maintenance was not up to expectations, with poorly cleaned areas and a lack of attention to detail. I understand that patient care requires priority, but the cleanliness of patients' living environments is essential to their well-being. I hope that measures will be taken to improve this aspect, in order to guarantee more pleasant and hygienic living conditions.

Scandalous. No other words. The photos speak for themselves. An incredible lack of cleanliness. As for the appointment with the cardiologist it is currently 5:50 p.m. it was supposed to take place at 3 p.m. we are still waiting for it.
These are not easy jobs, I know that very well, but when a caregiver enters a room without knocking or saying hello to the patient, it shocks me. A minimum anyway, I won't talk about the rest but just that respect remains to be learned for many. Cleanliness level to be reviewed, a salad leaf and a medicine remained in exactly the same place during my grandmother's stay (6 days...)
The day hospital team is professional and friendly! She takes care of patients with the greatest respect.
Very good medical care, a big thank you to Dr Bouquin and Dr Gueguen. And all the staff were pleasant and very helpful to my father (Mr LL). He would have liked to stay again! ;) Thanks everyone
