The therapists are top-notch. The staff is friendly and helpful. The facility is clean and well maintained. The food is terrible, though. From what I've heard from others, Pointe Meadows has a reputation for bad food. The day I visited my Dad there, he said he tried to eat the lunch and gagged. Luckily, we had brought him some food. Everything else about the facility is amazing, though.

After a bad fall and surgery on both arms, I was sent to a rehab facility due to needing full-time care. We chose Pointe Meadows because it was close to home and convenient for the family to visit. My stay was for 27 days. I just have to say how pleased I've been with my choice. The staff was fantastic. The CNA's, nurses, physical and occupational therapy, and the office staff and management, all looked out for me and my recovery. While I missed my home and family, I feel like I am leaving behind friends who gave me the best of care. If you are needing a cozy, clean, and safe place for you or a family member to recover from surgery or injury, I would 100% refer Pointe Meadows Health and Rehab to anyone that is needing their services.
I love this skilled nursing facility and the staff and nurses. Every time I visit I'm beyond impressed with everyone that works here! It smells amazing the second you walk in and it has such a warm friendly environment! My son went here for physical therapy and received the best treatment! We absolutely love it here!
I had a wonderful experience with Pointe Meadows Rehabilitation and Nursing. The facility is impressive with its modern, well-maintained building, creating a welcoming and comfortable environment. The standout feature, however, is the amazing staff. Their professionalism, kindness, and dedication are truly exceptional. A special mention goes to Tammy, the admissions person, who was incredibly helpful and easy to work with.
It has been such an amazing experience working with Point Meadows. They have such a beautiful building and their staff is great. Tammy in admissions is very easy to work with and can tell you anything you need to know.
