I heard great things about Pohanka, and they are all warranted. The staff was great, the cars are above expectations and the facility looks nice and is very clean. The sales process was very smooth, fair and pleasant. Jose was my rep and I couldn't recommend him enough. Management, if you read this, give him a raise. I have 3 cars and will definitely get another from Pohanka when it's time. I traded in my beloved Cadillac CT4 Blackwing and got a very fair offer on that too. 5/5 stars

Came in for an oil leak, not only was the technician able to solve the problem, the support from the customer service team was exceptional. Steve K and Nick Able were respective of my time, great with communication updates, and extremely professional. Overall, 10/10 customer engagement, service, and experience. I will only be servicing my vehicles here moving forward! Thank you guys!
I brought my 2022 acura mdx to Acura Pohanka Chantilly to repair a water leak issue. While the water issue may have been addressed, I was shocked to find that the screen in my vehicle was no longer working after the service. The screen was fully functional before I brought the car in. I immediately reported the issue, but the dealership has refused to take responsibility or repair the damage. I’ve tried to resolve this directly, but they continue to deny any fault. This is extremely disappointing, especially from a brand like Acura that claims to stand for quality and customer care. It’s frustrating to bring your car in for one problem and leave with another—and no accountability from the service center. I expected better. I am now being forced to escalate the issue through Acura corporate and possibly small claims court. Be cautious when bringing your vehicle here. I would strongly recommend documenting everything before and after service. Attached some pictures of incomplete diagnosis work they did. They did’t even bother themselves to put them back.
I do not recommend them. I purchased my RDX in 2020 and it has less than 11k miles on it. Apparently, it is common for the moonroof to have issues. Last month, water leaked in my car due to a faulty seal. This is NOT OKAY. My family has had an MDX and other models for over 10 years and it has never had this problem. Acura isn’t going to cover it because the warranty is 4 years or 50k miles so I have to use my insurance. Unfortunately, they won’t cover the leak itself but the damages from the leak (the amp was fried and the water stains)! My insurance said they would cover the detailing as there is a water stain where the leak was. I tried to get my car back yesterday after they said the detailing is complete and not only is the stain still there but there are even more marks from the mechanics. I take care of my car very well so I’m honestly pissed that the car is worse than when I came in (on MAY 10th). If you guys can’t detail properly, I can ask my insurance if I can take it to another shop that can get the job done. It’s now 6/8 and it’s still at Acura Service (one month later). I added a star because one of the managers is already helping me fix this situation. I will update when I pick up my car. I’ve always loved Acura but this experience was terrible and expensive. No one buys a car and thinks it will have water damage from a simple rain storm. At the very least, they should let their customers know this is a potential problem so we can have it checked when we come in for service.
I had my first A1 service done the other day on ”Friday” and my service provider Leo, Mejia who was very professional and informative during my service. He sent me a video showing me the process of my vehicle being serviced starting with the tread of my tire wear and then telling me there’s no other issues or recommendations at the time that needed to be done on my car. First time a dealer sent me updates on my service. The service was extremely fast! I had to get an oil change, tire rotation and a recall which ended up being quicker than the estimated time given to me initially. If you ever get service done at Pohanka Acura go see and ask for Leo! Definitely will be going back to him for future service requirements. 100!!
