My brother loves living at Plum Creek! The facility is beautiful and the staff is very friendly. He loves his private room and it has all the space that he needs and a little bit more. The team there keeps tabs on him, and if he’s late for any of the meals, they stop by to check on him. I can’t be there as much as I would like, but I am very confident that they are taking great care of him.

MY ant has lived here for roughly 2.5 years now and she really enjoys the community. Prior to moving in she was basically a shut in and did not want to socialize with anyone. That changed about a week after the move. She is Always doing some activity BINGO, Happy Hour, movie night or crafts. She really likes living here. Highly recommend this place for a loved one
My father, Bud Kirby was a resident at Plum Creek for about 7 years. I never heard him say a bad work about it. He absolutely loved the staff. They were kind and very helpful. The facility was always clean. As I read some of the reviews, I think that some people may not understand the difference between Supportive Living Facility and an Assisted Living Facility.
They Deny the residents the right to choose to come an go out of their apt. They advise staff and family the residents can't leave their apt., but just spoke to Kristen and Erin a week ago who advised they prefer the residents don't they, but they can. Talked to Carrie the nurse on Saturday of also advised our grandmother could not leave her apt., again not true. The administrator is gone before 2pm everyday and has a lot of family emergency's so don't bother trying to get a hold of her. The only good thing about the facility is my grandmother's apt., other than that the facility is run down, short staffed, poor food and the nurses are unfriendly or helpful. For the money they charge take your loved one elsewhere.
Do not put your loved ones here. The place is ruined down, they can’t keep it staffed and the nurse Carrie and administrator Erin don’t care about who is living there, just that all the rooms are full. Thank god my grandma had family that would check on her amd when the neglect started we got her out of there. To show how much they don’t care about the residents. They just got new furniture in the lobby and it should be there for residents and loved ones to sit on a visit with each other, but all the residents were told by Erin they could not sit in it or use it, it’s for show and they don’t want the new furniture recked. In 6 years that was the inly think I saw Plum Creek replace and the residents paying $4000 or more a month can’t use.
