My grandmother was in the facility for several years. I can't say enough about how great her care was, how friendly the staff were. They really made her feel like she was in her home and not just a nursing home. If you are looking for a wonderful, person centered care facility, this is the place for you. 10 out of 10!!

My Grandma was in the dementia unit. Whenever she would not take her meds they called 911. We have 9 ambulance rides to pay for at $280 each and many hospital bills because of this. They called us at least once a day to tell us she fell or ask how to take care of her. we had to prepay the last month and she only lived half the month and they will not return our money and Kimmie the director added fees to charge us $4600 more. So they are trying to charge us over $1000 a day for the last month of my grandmas life. My grandma was locked in the basement and it reminded me of a dungeon. When hospice came they were able to manage my grandma pain and she passed. Do not bring your family members here. It is a terrible experience!
My husband was in skilled nursing for several weeks following surgery. What a wonderful place to recover! Friendly, genuine staff, excellent food and the therapy to help him gain strength. Thanks to everyone who helped him.
The portable phone in the basement is terrible when trying to have a conversation. I believe it needs to be upgraded for a better quality sound and it would be helpful if it was a 2 pair handset - so one could be charging while other is being used. Staff is nice.
They refuse to treat my wife. We had to get another home health service. Much much better
