The facility is so outstanding! The workers have been trained in how to care with patients like they have been doing this their whole life! I would 100000% recommend this facility to anyone needing to go to a skilled nursing facility! They surly know what they are doing! The facility also has a super nice outside patio! I cannot express in words how excellent this facility is but what I do know is that it is definitely over and above what you expect!

Throughout my mother's experience at this facility post-op there was nothing but nice experiences. The entire staff was caring and had a genuine love for what they do providing my mom with a more than pleasant experience after her operation. Ann specifically was a huge help and was happy to help no matter what. This entire staff and facility is just amazing towards their patients. When family members went in to visit when I was not there they told me so many nice things about how they were friendly when they arrived in the facility and how the staff immediately helped them check in take their temperature provide masks and then show you to the patients room. The facility was also very clean nothing out of a nice ordinary for a top shape facility. Overall I would very much recommend this facility to anyone.

From the moment I came to check the center. Geraldine at the front desk was happy to show me around and gave me the basics of their care. My 91year old mother was admitted on November 11, 2024. The entire staff could not be any more sincere or genuinely care about her needs or wants including her food likes or dislikes. She had a team beyond exceptional. Sarah, Jordan, Akashi and Stephanie have different work styles which complement each other very well. My mothers experience and mine visiting daily was above and beyond our expectations. We would recommend Pleasant Hill Post Acute to anyone needing their care.
Pleasant Hill Post Acute was a great place for me while I recovered. My care was excellent. The food was good. My PT & OT caregivers were wonderful. Nothing but good things to say about this group of loving, caring people.
