My mom was at Platinum Ridge for 5 months before she passed away. This is the Absolute Best Nursing home!!! They took Great Care of my mom!!! The people are so friendly and treat you and your loved one like family!!! They took the time to talk with you and gives updates. Some of the nurses took the time to go and sit and talk with my mom. The financial advisor is so nice and friendly. She helped with so much!! I can not say enough how Fantastic this place is and how caring the nurses are!! If your looking for a place to put a loved one, I Highly recommend Platinum Ridge!!! I just want to say THANK YOU to all the staff for taking Great Care of my mom and helping me and my family when we had questions. Heather Wilson

This place is a disgrace! They serve cold food to these residents, that are paying thousands a month to live there! The medication they give them completely puts them to sleep so they will not be a bother. Please check on your family that is staying here!! So many are left in bed because they are over medicated and are not in the right state of mind, to speak for their selves!
My grandma is in the facility and the nurses seen very nice and my grandma seems pretty happy. The physical therapy is hard for her but they work extra hard with you so we can get her home.Hoping for a speedy recovery for her!
the staff are considerate & attentive. i appreciate how quickly they helped my LaLa get a meal she could eat. PT is really challenging her so that she can return home as quickly as possible
I went to visit my x-mother-in-law Violet Shipman, everyone was so kind!!! Please check on her Orchid, I bought her for Easter, giving it three ice cubes, every three day’s and please look to see where the Cardinal lamp, that can stay in her room all year, if it is in her closet, it wasn’t up and she did ask? Thank you!!! We love you Mom/Grandma Shipman, from the Coury/Leeman and Shipman Families, Selma, Nate, Chaz, David, Mike, Ali, Levi, Wyatt, Dane, Cole, Ben, Jill, Brock, Halle and Kade!!! Happy Easter!!!
