My wife’s family found Pioneer looking for a place to help us care for my mother-in-law. The administration and staff are caring, competent, available and friendly. They treat the residents with kindness and grace. They do even the difficult tasks with a smile day after day. It’s easy to see how much they care about both the residents and each other. All you have to do is watch. It’s literally a culture of caring. The building and grounds are beautiful, clean and well-maintained. 6 months later when I needed help with my parents I had so much respect for and trust in the staff at Pioneer that I put my parents there as well. We’ve known the staff for almost 2 years now. They have helped us deal with long term care insurance, medication side effects, psychotic episodes and have partnered with us so our parents can live their best lives. This is where I want my children to put me if I need help. Highly recommend!

Horrible Administrator, Horrible Staff, Horrible Dog that roams around freely. Unprofessional, the poor residents at this place....
