My mother was there BREIFLY before I removed her. The lack of concern and care for their patients is crazy. I called up there 5 times and never got return calls from anyone, as I was sick and didn't want to contaminate the facility. My mother wears glasses and hers were never accessible to her and she was not mobile. My mother got worse while she was there and ended up in the hospital. So I found her a different facility. When I went to pick up her things, they had NO idea where they were. When they found the box, I glanced through it and thought everything was in there but none of clothes were in there. I called and told them I would be coming to get her clothes and they best be ready when I got there in 2 days time. I had to drive BACK an hour there to get her clothes. They were not ready and I sat there for 45 minutes waiting for someone to figure out where they were. How this place EVEN has a good rating is beyond me. I am so glad I have found a great facility that cares!!!

I must stress that bringing your family to this facility is ill-advised. My father's recent stay, which spanned several weeks, was characterized by a glaring lack of attention to his personal hygiene, as his clothing was never washed. Furthermore, the fact that he was able to exit the building undetected raises serious concerns. At the time of his discharge, he was released in the same soiled, unwashed clothing and a soiled diaper. I will be providing a rating of zero stars. Would you subject your own father, brother, or uncle to such substandard care? I am deeply disappointed and firmly convinced that this facility warrants immediate closure. The neglect of the elderly in this manner is inexcusable. What justification is there for operating a business that neglects its residents? The owner must be informed of this situation and take immediate corrective action. My father's discharge today was marred by yet another disturbing incident: despite our prior discussion with the nursing staff, he was left waiting outside without a coat. This incident highlights a profound lack of professionalism, and I firmly believe that the entire staff should be terminated.
If I could give this place zero stars, I would—honestly, it deserves negative stars. The environment is beyond toxic, and the level of neglect is horrifying. Call lights go ignored for unacceptable amounts of time, leaving vulnerable residents in distress. On multiple occasions, I had to drop what I was doing to assist residents who weren’t even assigned to me because the other CNAs had simply vanished. It’s as if resident care is an afterthought here. The facility has absolutely no regard for the health and well-being of either its residents or its workers. It’s a complete disgrace. Their lack of compassion and professionalism became even more evident when I, eight months pregnant and always dedicated to working hard, had to leave due to illness. Instead of understanding the serious risks involved, they treated me with blatant disrespect—punishing me for prioritizing my health, my pregnancy, and the safety of the residents. The way this place operates is not just unacceptable; it’s dangerous. No one—resident or staff—should have to endure the nightmare that is this facility.
The experience was great. Your staff is terrific and care a lot for the patients. The staff is very concerned about their patience. And I love that
Everyone on 1st shift is wonderful, 2nd shift, not so much. In the last three weeks, my husband waited 2 hours 5 different times to be changed. The nurses and cna’s turn his call light off and then forget about him. I understand they get busy, but at least leave the call light on so you don’t forget! I’ve called twice complaining about the issue. They will do well for a few days, and then slack off again. I shouldn’t have to keep calling. All I’m asking is that they don’t turn the light off until they’re good and ready to change him! In response to owner’s response: Cassie, the residents’ liaison spoke to Tiffany, the director of nursing. It only helped for a little while. I emailed the director on 12/03 and am still waiting for her to respond. As of 12/03 I have not had to complain about soiled briefs, but the director never responded to my email as if 1/29/25 Tiffany reached out to me on 02/03; the issues with the call light being turned off are resolved. Tiffany went above and beyond.
