I work agency and I showed up to work after booking a week ahead of time and they overbooked multiple cnas canceled me at facility after I was already there for 30 minutes Didn't pay me for my show up fee. And worked here one time in past wanted to send me home at 3am??? They never know who is gonna show up to work, staff sits outside on patio never answers call lights, dies end rounds and goes sits back outside. Poor care poor staffing no management of staff. Will not go back!!

The staff and residents at Pinellas are amazing. So helpful and always wearing a smile. So glad to be a part of this team.
My mother loved the nurses here. It is very clean and they do things with the people who are there . Bingo, cookout and so on. She had a great experience, her only issue was she said the food was just ok. She said she was going to miss the nurses and the wonderful physical therapist she met there. Keep up the good work.
The aides in this building care only about themselves and not the patients and the administrator cares to be strict about the wrong things when she needs to worry more about her staff doing their jobs
This is the most horrible place I have ever experienced in my entire life. Prison would be better. The hospital sent my mother here after having a wound surgery. The hospital beds look like they are from the 80’s. There was a hole in the bed. Their is no fall safety . She could fall out of bed at any moment. If you press the head up button the feet of the bed go up. There is MOLD growing on the picture frames. It smells like poop 24 hours a day. I wouldn’t feed the food to my worst enemy . My mom was there for 24 hours and I called 911 to get her out of there (that is an option if your family member ends up here) ultimately she had to stay in the hospital AGAIN because this place neglected her. She had a pressure wound on her back side. A black eye and an serious gash on her arm. They didn’t change her surgery wound and left poop in her so long that it hardened and had to be manually removed by a doctor in the emergency room. She received antibiotics in the ER because of a infectious disease invading this rehab. DO NOT Send your loved one here. The staff verbally abused my family and the paramedics while we were leaving the facility. The staff wouldn’t release my mother’s orders to the paramedics. We were locked in the building by the staff. They had the ability to open the door and would not. The paramedics had to manually open the door. Do NOT Send your loved one here. This place should be shut down.
