It is difficult to make good decisions in the midst of a life-changing crisis. My cousin and I entered the doors of Pine View and met the extraordinary people who made the transition from home to hospice seamless. Their excellent care and compassion extends beyond the patient, who was treated with love, kindness and dignity. The family members are greeted with warmth. We felt comfortable when going home, knowing that my cousin was in a safe, caring environment. My cousin spent the last six months of her life here. The entire staff's caring assured that her transition into Heaven was peaceful. Above and beyond, 5 Stars, no accolade is strong enough to describe the care our family received at Pine View. Except perhaps to say, They were Angels.

My very dear friend lived at Pine View for six months. Every person that I crossed paths with at Pine View was warm and welcoming to me always. The people that work there became a family to my friend and her sister who visited every day. In the most difficult times, they brought calm and peace with their loving care and truly got to know my friend as a person. I hope that they know what a gift they all were to the family and friends of this very special person in our lives. Keep doing what you are doing, you all make a difference in this world. Forever grateful ❤️
Pine View was absolutely an answer to prayer. If I searched the world over, Pine View would have been my choice for my sister.From the moment you entered the door, you are greeted with a warmth and welcoming that let's you know this is your home away from home. As you move through the ground floor that same friendly spirit from all office personnel confirms you are in the right place. Everyone you meet along the way has a s.ile and a warm greeting. My sister was on one west and her care there for the six months she was blessed with the most gentle care. They treated her as if she were their family.
My father recently came to Pine View for a few weeks. I can't say enough good things about the level of care he received. Everyone I encountered met my dad's needs and took exceptional care of him, especially Bahiyyah Torres, who went above and beyond in making sure that we understood all of the options available to us at Pine View, as well as after his discharge. There are a ton of caring people at Pine View and I am extremely appreciative of all they do.
Visited my Brother Dave again today and was pleased with the staff….Tony and Malcom were very personable. I spoke to the nurse regarding a few needs for him and she will relay messages to the Dr. The only complaint my brother has is the food….it would be nice if they could update the menu and serve tastier meals? It smells good but of course I dont taste the food. Thank you
