Pine Valley have staffs that are helpful and compassionate. My parents were transitioned from The Pavilion to Pine Valley Rehab in February and the care given to them was great!! The aides, Ismene, Allan & Judith are helpful when asked for help. Also the nurse, Rosy is the Best. The nurse mgr, Rosemary is so dedicated to inform me of latest reports regarding my parents. Lenore the Social Worker is accommodating and compassionate. My parents are given the care and attention as needed. I recommend Pine Valley Rehab & Nursing Home.

I cannot believe the good ratings this place has received because it's a hard joke!!!!!! This place shouldn't even be allowed to still operate It Was absolutely horrifying when my mother was here after she had her stroke, they even had her laying on a garbage bag once when I walked in, I was there 9hrs a day taking care of her and yes even showering her !! They make everything look super sparkly then once the sun goes down it's a different story,lack of employees One Sunday nite they literally had in one nurse and two CNAs for 24 patients most bed ridden They had them all huddled in one little section in front of nurses station to eat, but they must of got in trouble because after that they had them in the dining area,all lines up at one enormous table like they were part of some jail program The only way to describe our experience here was Living HELL!! Of course those of their own faith get super privileged rights and private rooms,meanwhile the rooms that are shared are so tiny you can hardly get around,and if your loves one is in a wheelchair you can forget about them using their shared super tiny bathroom that is not handicap accessible and is shared by adjoining rooms so 4 people for one tiny toilet, my mom has to use the main floor bathroom which as you can see by the photos were not kept clean. This was a yr before COVID thank God I got her out of there!! But because they failed to do their part in aiding with her to get on Medicaid her Medicare expired for payment ,so guess what they SUED me!!!! Do not take your loved ones here,it's a poor excuse of a nursing home that cares for only about the money and not the patients, I would of fought them in court to prove all the abuse she received at this place but they are the ones with the big bucks,and it would of made it worse for myself . I will never ever recommend this dump! They use their bathrooms as storage spaces for equipment and cleaning supplies This beautiful tub was never used once for the patients and always had garbage in it I was there every single day for two months straight 9hrs a day to make sure she was taken care of , I wouldn't send my dog here!!!!!!!!!!!! Bunch of crooks, they wax the floors more then they clean the patients Oh and when the state came to check of course they are notified and then scramble to make everything neat and tidy, it's a bunch of fake bureacy, stay there with your loved one as long as I have and you will see
The lady at the front desk was very pleasant and helped me login to your visitor portal and did it with a very nice smile. Facility looked very clean. My friend who is currently being cared for at the facility is satisfied with the service and that is of the utmost importance. Thank you.
We love Pine Valley. It was hard for us to have to make the decision of having our mom/wife go into a nursing home. This was due to the nightmares you hear. I must say, their really good listeners and if we have a concern or a question they either answer it or if they don't know they then make sure that they get the information we need. They take really, really good care of my mom. We appreciate all their hard work and dedication. Thumbs up double time to Pine Valley. Thank you, thank you to all staff members for ur love and dedication to all of the members that are their.
My mother has had excellent care with very attentive and caring nurses and therapists. In particular, Rosemarie the unit manager and Barbara, the Nurse Practitioner have incredibly hard to coordinate the details of my mother's care.
