Pilgrim Place is building a so-called permanent supportive housing called Larkin Place. This facility is for mentally ill drug addicts who have violent criminal backgrounds. The violent addicts will be housed next to three senior retirement communities and four schools. Pilgrim Place residents care about making a quick buck at the expense of their own lives.
