Not a respectful place. Always smell of urine in the hallways. The Memory Care unit, the employees are more concerned with coloring in their coloring books then checking on the residents. Constantly on their personal phones. They don't care about the residents. Clothes, bible and other personal items ate Always missing from our mother's room. Very disappointing place to put your loved ones.

My Mom lives here. So far, I am very pleased. My Mom is happy. She likes her meals, she gets her meds, she gets her hair done. She also enjoys playing Bingo. Miss Ranay, the activity director is amazing. My Mom really likes her. If it’s nice outside, when I visit, me and Mom enjoy sitting outside in the gazebo and walking around the garden. So far, I’m very happy with the facility and the services.
The new administration is truly making a wonderful impact here! If you are looking for care, dedication and support, look no further! 5/5!
My husband was in the memory Care section of this facility. We left after a couple of months because it was a very dark and depressing environment. His clothing kept going missing and I spent hundreds of dollars replacing,-...only for them to go missing again. The eating area is in the same small room as the seating area to watch tv and they move the tables and uncomfortable chairs for them to sit and watch TV. they do not have a phone in the memory care area. So, you are unable to speak to your loved one, They do not answer the phone after 5pm. Once we moved we called a few times regarding our refund for the month. They finally submitted a payment into my account without any explanation of how they came up with that figure. I have made numerous phones call and emails regarding a break down of charges, only to be ignored each time. No response back. Makes me wonder what they are tying to hide. I definitely do not recommend this place unless you are willing to go through many frustrations I endured,
We discovered PCH for my mother 14 months ago and it was nothing short of an answer to prayer. The staff is outstanding from top to bottom. Each staff member treats my mother as if she is a member of their family. They are attentive to all her needs and keep me informed about everything. PCH has also done an excellent job of administering her medication. My mom is the happiest I have seen her in years. Thanks to everyone at Piedmont and keep up the great work!
