The way this company treats their employees, by not caring enough to take care of them. Stewart has always taken care of the people he comes in contact with. Bad business and poor decision on this companies part.

I have never reviewed any business before in my entire life, but I'm reviewing this one. My experience was with The Bluffs at Greystone, in Birmingham, Alabama. I wish I could give less than one star, but that's not possible. We had a terrible experience with the Bluffs. I moved my father and mother into their memory care unit almost a year ago. The Bluffs kicked them out last month, and we have never gotten a good explanation from them as to why. They told us that my parents needed a higher level of care, but my parents' doctor told us that was not true, an independent evaluator told us that was not true, and the Bluffs' own floor staff (nurses and assistants ) told us that was not true. The administration misrepresented state regulations to us, and were evasive (and sometimes downright dishonest) regarding their reasoning. Although the floor staff had some real gems for caregivers, and the facility is amazing, the administration is the worst I've ever seen (and I'm a business attorney!). They have had trouble keeping staff at all levels, thus reducing the quality of care. There is much, much more I could say, but I will leave it with this: I would not recommend entrusting your loved one to any Phoenix property.
The facility is beautiful. They have thought of just about everything. But maintaining the facility has been slow - like keeping it clean and removing paint from the carpet in common areas. The food, for the most part, has been delicious. The service in the dining room has been insufficient. One evening we arrived about 5:30, and didn't get through until 7:20. The activities have been great. The activity committee has been wonderful. They have provided a variety and fun selection of activities.
I would highly recommend this facility. About a year ago I had to make a decision for a loved one with assistance. This was a very tough decision. The staff at Hope Memory Care was amazing. Everyone from the front office to the aides. Cathy Rainwater was so understanding and always there anytime that I needed her. She ALWAYS solved any concerns with a positive outcome. All of the aides in Wandering Brook were amazing! If you are looking for a place that think and work with their hearts - this is the place for you. Angel Haynes
I absolutely love my new apartment. The staff are amazing. Phoenix of Braselton is a beautiful senior living community that I love. I'm definitely glad I moved here. I love the fact that I am able to use my golf cart to go to the surrounding stores This was one of my decisions to move here. Kaleigh was awesome in helping my daughter Katherine in finding the right apartment for me.
