They take advantage of the people who live there. They just upped the rent without any notice. The rent went up on September first and they sent the notice on October fourth. My grandparents who don’t speak English had to sign agreement forms, not knowing what they mean. How are people at the age of 80 supposed to pay for rent that’s around $1,300 for a one bedroom apartment? And that’s one of the lowest prices.

Best subsidized building in Asbury Park. Clean building, nice management staff. Very affordable pricing. Recommend for 62-82 years old and people on disability
