Very nice gated community, people are very kind ! 55 plus , however I think if the residents that live in this community should have the safety they paid for ! When I visited here the in gate is broken and has been that way for awhile from my understanding! It should be fixed so it remains to be safe for the residents that pay to live there !

Great restaurants , the weather's perfect, food stores are priced way lower than up north. Padre Island and Progresso Mexico are short drive from there. I'll be back.
Great community where everyone works together to keep the complex running well. lots of activities throughout the week. Nice that you own the land under your home
We have only visited this park for a Sunday afternoon Entertainment/Dance function. I am very, very impressed with all aspects of Pharr South. It is totally handicapped accessible, which I am totally impressed. Very clean, wide streets, neat, tidy buildings. I love it. ❤️
A great over 55 park, lots of friendly people, many activities available. A good location next to a grocery store with several restaurants and a drug store across the street. The park has low monthly fees and maintains good home values.
