My mother feels very well looked after. Unfortunately, she can no longer walk but still takes part in daily life. The staff is super nice, always friendly and helpful. The food is excellent and is freshly prepared in the facility every day. The daily cake is also baked there. There are different activities for the residents every day. Everyone can choose which event they want to participate in. There are always enough staff on hand and requests and suggestions are taken into account. Even if there was something I didn't agree with (which hardly happened in the 2.5 years I've been there), after much thought I can remember two incidents where a solution was immediately sought and found. I also feel very comfortable there. I really can't say anything negative. If I ever find myself in the situation of having to go into a nursing home, I hope this facility has a place for me. I have great respect for the people who do this amazing, difficult work every day and yet are and remain friendly and helpful. One should always remember: our relatives are not alone on a ward. The nursing staff also have to care for other residents. So I understand if no one comes into the room immediately after ringing the bell. My mother is in the Schlosspark residential area, area 4. We are happy every day that our mother feels so comfortable and is so happy. She is enjoying her life again and is looking forward to good food, good company, competent care, varied entertainment and a warm and friendly atmosphere. We never thought we would say "a nursing home is the best thing that could have happened to our mother." We are very grateful to everyone at the nursing home for their good work. Thank you for doing this work so lovingly and self-sacrificingly every day. You are unique. Thank you

My father spent the last months of his life in a nursing home at the water tower. He was always very complimentary about the nursing staff. We relatives always had the feeling that my father was cared for very professionally and with care. We are extremely grateful to the nursing team for the work they have done.
Great nursing home, not at all comparable to other nursing homes. Here everyone has an open ear - both the nursing staff and the home management. Highly recommended!!!
