This nursing home has the worst cleaning company. The nursing home is no longer as clean as it used to be. This boss, what is he doing, won't he see all this? We don't see that you are doing anything about cleanliness. With your last cleaning company Braun, the nursing home shined and all the seniors were very satisfied with the friendly cleaning staff. But the seniors are not satisfied with the new cleaning company.

My grandma was there too and unfortunately she was deteriorating day by day during her stay in the nursing home. The staff is overloaded and has to look after far too many seniors at the same time. The older women and men there are pumped full of tablets so that they can stay calm. If you are bedridden you will receive little to no mobilization or injections against thrombosis. Open feet that are black and rotten are the order of the day here. It was only when she was feeling very badly (leg and pelvic thrombosis), a fractured lumbar vertebra and two open feet due to bedsores and with days of pain that she finally came to the clinic. This was her greatest happiness. Here she had at least a few more weeks of care as she should. I cannot recommend the retirement home based on this experience in my family. Maybe it was just an isolated case.
There is a strong smell of urine in the hallway. The food is not freshly prepared but only warmed up. According to their own statements, the staff are poorly paid, i.e. the capable carers quickly move back to better-paying nursing homes.
The fact that the staff are poorly paid is an old wives' tale...we are paid according to the tariff...nurses come to Vinzenz from other nursing facilities because the working atmosphere is very good (I was personally told by an employee) who worked in the home as a student...the smell of fish is usually on Fridays when there is fish for dinner (the leftover food then creates the smell)...people are in a nursing home for a reason, the only thing is that they die there normal and every acutely ill person comes immediately to the hospital according to the doctor's instructions... no one is left alone... and one more thing that the nurses and carers in the homes do cannot be paid for with money... you can only take your hat off to them!!!
Could someone from the nursing home staff please have mercy and help the resident who screams “hello” day and night?
