My mother uses the nursing service. The nurses are all competent and friendly. We are very satisfied with the care. However, we don't understand at all how it can be that good people are fired in this area even though the other nursing staff are reaching their limits and can no longer keep to the times! For my mother, who is diabetic, it is important to get her insulin regularly. Please change this situation and relieve the burden on your nurses by hiring people and not firing them!!! In my opinion, the new day group in Rottenburg also has a very high quality standard! A small oasis of well-being, not only for the elderly, but also for their relatives! Even as relatives, you are always warmly welcomed and invited to drink coffee together - for example at an Advent celebration or New Year's Eve celebration in the afternoon. Exchange can take place here - this is important for me as a relative. I think the transparency of the work is great, and that older people get a variety of suggestions.
