I received very professional, competent and solution-oriented advice. Very well connected and can help at any time. Personally, I can only highly recommend Promedica Plus Munich East!
Unfortunately, when providing placements at Promedica Munich-Ost, the well-being of the carers is valued more highly than that of the people being cared for. They themselves admit in writing that the carers need to feel valued. The interests of old people who are frail, demented and/or simply dependent are clearly put aside. That cannot be the purpose of such placement of nursing staff. Ultimately, intermediaries (and subsequently the employment agencies) act as service providers. And last but not least, this “pleasure” costs a fair amount every day.
