Today, I came to visit my uncle, and unfortunately, my experience there was quite troubling. Upon my arrival, I noticed a nurse who was sitting around on her phone, not attending to the needs of the patients. My uncle, who was sitting in his room watching TV, was clearly uncomfortable because he had been sitting in his bowel movement for several hours. He confided in me that he had not received any food all morning, which only added to my worries about his well-being. Feeling a sense of urgency, I decided to approach the nurse to discuss my uncle's situation and express my concerns regarding his care. However, to my dismay, when I brought this up, the nurse responded with an attitude that was unprofessional. Instead of addressing the issue with compassion and understanding, she simply turned away and walked off. It is essential for healthcare professionals to treat all patients with the respect and attention they deserve. Every individual in their care deserves to be treated with empathy.

I cannot believe this establishment has not been shut down yet. Everything about this place is awful. If you have a family member that is in a rehabilitative state, and actually needs day in and day out medical assistance, this is NOT THE PLACE for your loved one to be. Due to legal reasons, I cannot go into detail. The nursing staff is very unorganized, meaning if you need any information such as blood sugar levels, insulin doses, last urine output amount, current medication the patient is on, etc... your nurse will most likely not know, or say they don't and you will have to fight for that information to ensure your loved ones are taken care of, and actually receiving the medical attention they need. It seems like the nurses/techs are not properly recording their interactions with their patients, and do not have a good process for swapping patient information during shift changes. No one seems to know what is going on, and the blame keeps on being pinned on other employees for lack of information or communication. There are of course a few good nurses, however they can only do so much under bad leadership and policy. Don't expect the charge nurse to know anything, or to be helpful. I firmly believe she is the root of this establishments downfall, and awful/unprofessional health care service. Allowing her toxic attitude, and unsafe practices to be absorbed by the employees who take her lead. I beg anyone who plans on bringing their loved ones to this so called, "Healthcare Center," to please tour the building for yourself. Don't ask for any tour assistance, and do one lap around the facility. Listen, and observe. You'll see for yourself that this facility is in no shape to care for anyone. The entire building smells of urine, and feces, unless it is breakfast, lunch or dinner time. For a short period of time the smell of cooked food will mask the smell of the urine/feces. The floor is tacky, and the railings are sticky. Random holes in the walls, old cracked paint, stained/broken toilet seats, bugs/flies all over... Ask any of the patience that you happen to run into, how their stay has been, or how they're currently being treated/cared for. The responses will not surprise you, especially if you got this far into my review. You will undoubtedly hear a loud emergency exit alarm going off non-stop, which typically goes off frequently throughout the entire day, up until 8pm at night (I say 8pm because I haven't had to opportunity to stay later). The reason this alarm goes off so often, is because the employees use the emergency exit as a short cut versus walking the long way around the building to get where they need to go. This emergency exit being used by the employees is RIGHT BESIDE 4 occupied rooms with sick patients, and connected to three hallways, all filled with patients. The alarm literally echoes throughout the entire building, all day long, loudly! Also, it doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out the ONLY good/decent reviews are literally written and submitted by employees. From the moment you set foot into this building, no one will care... to when you're being hauled away in a body bag... no one will care.
I would not take a dog here. The director has no clue what goes on in his on facility. The staff is rude. They do not clean the patients or the facility. The company president doesnt even respond back to complaints. You get the run around when you ask questions about your loved one. They call all hours of the night about covid shots.
