My staff always enjoy working with clients at Peregrine Guilderland. It is a beautiful community with kind staff. Evey time I've made a referral there, they are quick to respond and help. They've done a beautiful job with a recent renovation, really paying attention to the changing needs of the aging population. It may seem insignificant to some, but I'll also add that their food is fantastic! This is usually an important factor for potential residents! Peregrine Guilderland is absolutely a community that I encourage folks to check out when they are considering a long term move, a respite stay or memory care assisted living! They are able to meet a wide range of medical and physical needs and keep folks in one place for as long as possible, if not for the remainder of their lives. I love working with them and always feel good making a referral to their community.

Our mother Grace was so fortunate to have arrived at the Peregrine Guilderland with such a friendly compassionate staff. It is obvious that their mission statement is not just written words on a piece of paper but a living document seen in every person we encountered. The Family of Robert H would like to give a big THANK YOU to the Peregrine Guilderland for the wonderful care and support that they gave our Dad during his residence at the PG. ALL OF THE STAFF thru out the facility are truly caring people. Our Dad was very happy and content to live there. We slept well at night, knowing that our Dad was safe and secure. We could not have made a better decision. God Bless Peregrine Guilderland !!!
The staff at Peregrine is so helpful and Knowledgeable. Madeline advice in regard to a family member saved us so much waste time and energy. the many times I have been on site the atmosphere is warm and inviting. The food is out of this world. I am not ready yet myself, but this is place I could call home.
Above and Beyond Customer Service I recently had a virtual tour of Peregrine with Madeline Forman. During our conversation we quickly realized that due to the complexity of the medical needs my loved one required Peregrine would not be a good fit. However, rather than ending the call there, Madeline then proceeded to provide me with additional information about alternative communities and facilities and just in general helping me understand the surprisingly complex landscape of senior living. I am relatively new in my search, so this information was immensely helpful. She then provided me with additional resources and recommendations to facilities that provide more advanced care via email after our call. This sort of service was absolutely not expected given she knew we would not be eligible for Peregrine. It shows an extra level of care and empathy that other facilities I have talked to lack. If this interaction is a sign of how the rest of the staff compose themselves, then I am sure Peregrine would be a fantastic place to live. Thank you Madeline!
