We moved my mother in a few months ago. We met with Jamie and his staff several times and were very pleased with what he offered us and the care they offered. I took my mother for a visit with Jamie before we signed the papers. She loved him and they get along great. Jamie is a very caring person. I visit about once a week and Jamie is always available to address my mother’s needs. She talks about him and his staff all the time. I have had my mother in other care facilities and she has never been happy, until now. Thank you Jamie for taking such good care of my mother and always taking care of her needs.

We moved my mother in law to Pennington Gardens and what a great experience it has been so far. Jamie was our point of contact for this move. He helped with hospice questions, all the questions we had about Pennington Gardens, finding the right room for my mother in law and making sure it was tip top ready for her move in. His approach was friendly and helpful and felt like he genuinely cared that everything went smoothly. Mary at the front desk was so kind and helpful when the movers arrived before I did, making sure the wheels kept turning. The move in day was so highly interactive. Julie and Rebecca from Pennington Gardens (nursing and social worker) stopped by to introduce themselves and stayed to visit and answer all of our questions. Jamie stopped in while they were there to also check on Mom (and make her laugh with his fun personality) and also made sure she knew she could reach out to him or anyone for anything she needed. Never have we had this kind of attention and care when moving her to a new place (she has been to 5 so we have experience). I know everyone’s needs and checklists differ but if you are considering Pennington Gardens, I can tell you we have been extremely pleased with everything so far. PS Mom tells us the food is great there too. If Mom’s happy we are too!!!
My grandma moved here a few months ago and we really like it. When we first came they showed us the prices right away and were ready to show us what they had available, which was unlike other places. They upkeep the inside and out of the building which makes it nice for those who live there. They also accommodate for gluten-free diets. They have a nice therapy gym as well. Thanks to just a handful of the wonderful staff such as Jamie, Cindy, Mary, Jessica, Julie, Tammy, Richard, Hancy, and Saba!
This is a wonderful community. I came in to move my mother into the community, and Jamie helped me with everything. He is such a delight warm heart really cares about everyone that he meets and helps move into the community. The community has wonderful food and the activities seem to be good also, I can’t say enough about how much the Community Relations Director Jamie has helped our family with this transition. All the staff are wonderful and my mother is very happy with her move. We would recommend Pennington Gardens to anyone looking for a place for their loved one. Thank you to Jamie. And the rest of the team!!
My family wanted to find a great place for my mom. She is very happy at Pennington Gardens. The staff is great and treats her with care. The Director Julie, is amazing and really cares about people.
