My mom and dad were both at Pebble Creek at different times and both received excellent care. The staff were very supportive during a very rough time in our lives. The nursing staff provided our family with much needed education during their stay and for their homegoing process.

The staff here is amazing.! Taking great care of my mom. The social workers explained everything to me so I could feel a bit relieved. I know mom is safe and getting the care she needs when I have to leave her. Thanks to all the great people here.
I am writing this review of my wife's recent short-term stay at Pebble Creek following surgery. We did not know what to expect, but soon realized that we selected the right facility for her rehabilitation. We were most impressed with the care and compassion that she received from the entire staff. The therapy team was very knowledgeable and supportive. They were very encouraging as they carefully and skillfully managed her therapy sessions. We are very happy with our choice and urge others to consider Pebble Creek for their needs.
Allowing Hospice to talk our family into sending my mother here for a respite was the worst mistake ever. I would not allow the people who work at or run this facility to even take care of my dog. If your loved one can function to some degree to do things on their own they may be okay. If a person actually needs to rely on someone to help them with eating, bathing, pottying….. they will probably die from starvation in their own filth.
My initial review was higher. My sister called and yelled at me bc a staff member told her I made their rating go down. Little did I know how bad it would be. My sister was there for a year n half. In that time, her sibling was there, after leaving her care soley to me most of her paralyzed life. I was told that my brother nor myself could get her things. Now, they're being kept from me, and I am suing.
