Tracey and the team at Peak Care not only provided world-class care for my dear sister in the final months of her life, they gave her friendship, laughter, happiness, independence, dignity and always went above and beyond when her health let her down. The carers are truly wonderful people and consummate professionals. Their attention to detail - particularly in the final days of my sister's life - was so thoughtful and comforting. Tracey from the Geelong Team at Peak Care Services is absolutely outstanding. She is always available to take our calls, answer any queries we have and be there for us. Peak Care is by far the best Company that I have used. Tracey puts clients first. She goes above and beyond her job. She is caring, professional, and interacts with clients exceptionally well.
Fortunately for us, our Support Coordinator arranged Peak Care to assist with respite during our extended stay in Melbourne during the busy Christmas holiday period. Manu provided a meet and greet for my husband and the first Support worker, who despite being extremely competent, didn't quite meet up to my husband expectations... although my husband was in no hurry to have that person leave... However, the second Support worker Manu sent was very well-received by my husband. Straight away, I knew they'd hit it off! I left my husband in Katt's capable hands among laughter and conversation. Katt's genuine warmth and caring nature shone through. Just wish she'd come to Brisbane. However, if we are ever staying in Melbourne again, I'd be sure to ask for Peak Care and for Katt!
