Peachtree Village used to be a great facility with very caring staff. In the last 3 years since new ownership under Ephram Lahasky, the facility has declined drastically. Budgets have been cut and it shows in the quality of food and service. Under the new administrator, Kate Hale, the quality has declined even more so, while the costs to the residents are increasing. The building itself is falling apart. The staff that genuinely cares has been wrongfully let go. The administrator has been overheard having inappropriate conversations with residents and staff. The kitchen manager, Shaya Walters, brings her children in to serve in the dining room without hair nets or gloves. She has been observed bare foot in the kitchen. A few residents have been left without hot water in their kitchen for over a month. The place has become very unprofessional. I would not recommend this place.

December 19, 2023 am I was completely shocked and appalled this morning at Peachtree Village community home. I live nearby. I moved here a few months back. I'm disabled and sometimes I'm not able to walk very far. Farmington Peachtree Village is perfect for me walking my dog cause it's flat open field. I've never seen any residents out walking. This morning I was walking my dog and I had my 7yr granddaughter with me. This man saw us and immediately started yelling, telling me to get off his property. He towered over me. He was extremely rude saying over n over "get off", leave now!" I was in complete shock, i was frozen in fear. Ive been abused and threatened by men seeing counselors to help me with my triggers. I immediately had flashbacks I was trying to stay focused and strong for my granddaughter. When I asked him his name. He charged towards me, waving his arm in a threatening way, saying "what are you going to do about it ". He said his name was Howard. I asked if he was the owner and he said he's maintenance and owns half of the business. He was scary and threatening towards me and my granddaughter. As we started walking back, he was yelling, telling me to walk faster. He was making fun of me. I told him that I'm disabled. He didn't care, and said to me "pick up your feet then". My granddaughter cried all the way home. She was completely traumatized. I immediately called and reported what happened. The manager called me back. Her name is Lisa. She happens to be Howard's wife. She apologized for what happened but it felt empty. She told me to stay off the property. I never disturb anyone or anything. I clean up my dog poo. It just seems to be a waste to not enjoy walking in your field. I really hope that you will allow us to continue walking. The main issue is the fact that this huge man charged at me, intimidating me and my granddaughter in a very threatening way. My granddaughter cried all the way back home. There's no excuse to treat someone like he did. Especially in front of a child. He works around the public but shows ignorance and lack of discipline. Definitely no customer service. I will tell you that I was completely caught off guard by his cruel demeanor and complete lack of human emotions. I know his wife the manager, Lisa will probably not do anything about it. I did speak to Jenny and Chad. Jenny was very apologetic and sincere. I know that i wouldn't put my dad in a place where employees yell, and threatens defenseless woman and children! I really hope you can open up an investigation. Please let me know what you decide. Thank you Julie
Jordan is absolutely amazing, she goes above and beyond for everything she does, I wish I had more like her where I work.
My mother is at Peachtree and has been for 2 years. The Peachtree staff is excellent from the Director, Destiny, throughout the rest of the team. They truly have caring, giving and kind hearts and treat the folks in their care with compassion. And this has continued to be the case even during the difficulties of running such a facility during the ongoing pandemic. Peachtree has been a blessing for my mom and our family. We are grateful for the whole Peachtree team.
I just wanted to say that I truly loved living at Peachtree in Farmington AR! I don’t believe that you know what you have with your employees there! They truly love and respect all residents there and they go way above the call of duty! For example I had to have 13 teeth pulled and Destiny went on her own time to get me ice cream. Theirs not a single person there that didn’t care about the residents and how they are doing. Lisa McCoy gives her all everyday with recreational things to do and she does a fabulous job! It’s hard to keep people’s attention when they dementia but she does it! All employees give their heart and soul to their jobs! I just had to tell you with everything going on in this world today, you have an exceptional team there! They do ALL work together in every categories of job titles and you don’t see that very often but they do there! I’ve been praying for them all and residents too for God to protect them from COVID 19. Thank you to all Of Peachtree employees for making me feel special. They do that for every resident! Sincerely Carolyn Whiteside P.S Miss you all and please be safe!
