I was here for the Spring Spectacle event today and I have to say that while the event was great for visitors, staff and patients, the staff was really accommodating, nice to talk to and very attentive to all that attended. You could definitely tell that they really do care about their wonderful facility and their patients. Definitely worth checking out if you need rehabilitation help.

The Pavilion is the best place around, my Mom (Shannon) has been other places that have high ratings and the care that she received was awful. The entire staff at the Pavilion takes extremely great care of my Mom. I have peace of mind knowing that she’s in great company. I would recommend the Pavilion to any/everyone that has a love one that has to be taken care of. God Bless everyone at the Pavilion. 👍👍👍
My grandfather was in the Pavilion’s care the last couple months of his life and I am so appreciative of the thought and care that went into his treatment there. Any time we had questions they were answered, and when we expressed concern about anything it was immediately handled and rectified for the future. When he passed, they were kind and gentle and let us mourn as we needed. I would recommend the pavilion to anyone who needs help with their loved ones care.
I have had the opportunity to attend the Fall Fest at the Pavilion of Waukegan in October and met everyone who is in charge of the day-to-day operations at this facility. I met the Executive Director, Director of Nursing, and Director of Care Transitions, just to name a few. Everyone, and I mean, everyone is just wonderful! It was just a 4-hour event for seniors, but I witnessed how they treat, respect, and care for their residents. Definitely the number 1 skilled nursing care and rehab center in Waukegan!
I attended the Spring Spectacle event for the residents of Pavilion of Waukegan. It was a great event with food, music and vendors. The residents had a wonderful time and you could see how well the staff treated them. Great time had by all!!
