Where the good reviews come from is a mystery to me! My beloved relative is currently in the facility in Offenburg, and I have to say I'm beyond shocked. The treatment is simply horrific. To the director of the facility: I beg you, these are old, helpless people; please treat them with respect! I know that being a caregiver is anything but easy, and you're probably understaffed, but it's unacceptable that we, as relatives, have to clean up after our relatives! That's your responsibility!

Clean facility, very nice nursing staff and very friendly, competent doctors.
Very vindictive for a church institution, people make mistakes but the diakonia is so hypocritical in its charity.
Friendly staff, very good and extensive therapy, varied food.
