If it wasn't for all the nice staff in this facility I would turn this place in to the state. My mom was recently here for rehab due to hip surgery. 85% of the time her food was cold and not fitting to eat. The family would have to bring in food just so she would eat and not lose so much weight while she was there. The staff even knows the food is going to be cold. A microwave suggestion was the solution. No a better warming cart would be the solution and maybe someone besides the nurses bringing the food. Those nurses have enough to deal with when the ratio is like 20/1. Food may be at the nurses station too long for it to get to the patients hot. How can the patients heal properly when they aren't even receiving proper nourishment. That was such a huge worry while she was there. Not too sure a patient didnt check himself out due to the horrible food. I would never recommend this place to anyone. The staff was great, no complaints there.

My Dad spent his last few months at this facility. He was on the the 400 hallway for most of that time due to his Alzheimer's. I could not have been more impressed by the care and treatment he received. Not only did the staff on that hall show great professionalism but everyone that we came in contact with in the facility was kind and seemed to have a lot of pride in the care they provided their patients. I have to say each (and every one) of those staff members that provided care for Dad have wings for they are truly Angels during the time he stayed. During his last 2 weeks of life the staff could not have been anymore gracious and accommodating, they provided constant care for him and us as a family. I would HIGHLY recommend this facility when and if the time comes when someone cannot live at home by themselves.

My mother was sent to the facility for in house rehab. I’m shocked at the way she was treated. There were several times that she never got meals and when she did the food was so cold and hard it appeared that it had been sitting out until someone felt like dropping it off. When we voiced our concerns the staff became very defensive, snarky and told us if we didn’t like it we could take her home, which is what we wanted anyway. They proceeded to call my mother a liar. She was left on her own 99% of the time to fend for herself and when she did call for help they either never came or came hours later. This was the most horrible experience and I would warn others to not let loved ones go to this facility. I could go on but all I can say is shame on you all and spare me with some generic “well look into it” because you won’t. This is the kind of “care” $330 a day gets you. The neglect of people who need the most support.
DO NOT BRING YOUR FAMILY HERE. They were missing meals and not feeding my grandmother I am so disgusted. When confronted about this they were so snarky and unprofessional. FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE! I went and took her home. And they clearly have changed NOTHING from these reviews from years ago like they say they do. They say they are looking into it and all this stuff and they're not because if they truly were these poor elderly residents wouldn't be going without meals and care. It's so disgusting. This place needs to be reported and shut down.
