My elderly mother has lived in a Serviced Apartment for over five years. The kitchen staff are wonderful, the cleaners are thoughtful and she loves the garden aspect. The reception are always helpful when needed. The other residents are so friendly too.

Shemsa the Village Manager bullies her staff and she thinks she is working in the Hilton Hotel, more like working in a prison, I feel sorry for her staff she is so rude and very unprofessional
After 4.00pm Mon to Friday, & WEEKENDS. ALL DAY .NO ONE WILL LET YOU IN , UNLESS SOME ONE YOU KNOW, THAT YOU GOT HIS MOBILE NUMBER , TO CALL HIM OR HER, TO CAME ,AND OPEN FOR YOU.
Great place, but seriously what's with the Mum's Village ? Dad's not welcome ?
