Therapy was great and consistent. The staff was wonderful. The food is good. Everyone was friendly and considerate. She will definitely come back for rehabilitation if she had to again I would recommend this to anyone of my friends or family.

Our father stayed two weeks in the acute care short term rehab part. We were so pleased with their care and attention to him. He was kept clean and fed well and doctor’s orders followed. Checking him in and out went smoothly. The nursing staff were so patient and kind. The would care nurse was patient and kind with him as well while his wound dressing was painful. We were so pleased with the staff. thank you so much for taking great care of our dad. 💕
I am incredibly grateful for the outstanding level of care my mother has received at this acute rehabilitation center. From the moment we arrived, the staff demonstrated a level of professionalism, compassion, and dedication that made us feel at ease during a challenging time. The holistic approach to her care is remarkable, ensuring that she is supported physically, emotionally, and mentally as she rehabilitates from her recent hospital stay. In particular, LaTonya member of the executive staff, went above and beyond to help me with an unexpected situation when I accidentally locked my keys in my car. Her ‘can-do’ spirit and resourcefulness in making things happen is truly commendable. LaTonya professionalism, warmth, and genuine care are a testament to the high standards this facility maintains. Knowing that my mother is in such capable hands gives our family peace of mind and comfort. I highly recommend this center for anyone seeking exceptional and compassionate rehabilitation care.
Most of the staff was very helpful.Realizing this is a very tough job, and turnover might be high. Most of the nursing staff appears competent however, some appear to need additional training. Initial intetaction with Soc Wk staff was not the best, but there appears to be changes/improvement and, the ending experience was very pleasant, professional! The business office is led by very organized, and knowledgeable staff who always willing to assist. The nurse's station is also led by an extremely competent, organized, and professional individual. She appears to "hold things together"; even during crisis situations. Always pleasant and willing to help. It's obvious that staff work to keep the facility clean. Floors shine! (Cleanliness is important for my family). Food appears to be pretty good. Overall, my brother's stay there was good. Thank you Staff/Administrators for the work you do!
I am so grateful for the staff at Parkside! From administration to the nurses, cna, social workers, custodians and everyone in between.. my dad is so well taken care of! I get phone calls about any change in his care, I never feel left out.. my dad loves it here. When I come to see him he smiles because they all truly care for him and that shows their love and compassion for their profession. If you want to your loved ones cared for as if you were doing it, Parkside is the best and only choice.
