I forgot to mention how helpful Amanda was last week in getting labels on my mom’s clothing. She was so nice and helpful. She is always pleasant and nice.
We were put in a position to place a family member here. I'm beyond thankful for the staff! The therapy and caring of the staff is much better than expected! I am able to sleep, believing they are safe, with needs met and compassionate care. Anytime I walk in, someone can and does address questions, concerns and they always help! Thank you!
My father has been there for a little over a week and has received exceptional care .I was involved in a meeting a few days after his admission that was very informative and eased my anxiety . The admissions director Amy explained all of the paperwork thoroughly so I didn't feel like I was signing his life away . Marissa the social worker explained the resident rights and helped me make decisions I was dreading . they even had us meet with a nurse named Stephanie to answer all my questions about his health that was very informative about dementia and what to expect. I am also very happy they will be able to provide the covid vaccine and even offered it to me .
This facility is small which makes it have a feeling of home. The staff is compassionate and go above and beyond to make sure that the residents are taken care of. The administrator, Ms. Ince, has made sure that the residents have remained her first and last priority since the moment she's stepped foot in the door. No one wants to think of placing their loved one in a nursing facility, but if they need the extra care or rehabilitation, I couldn't recommend a better place.
