If I could give zero and report these scum bags for lying I would, my wife does agency and was literally I'm town had a tire blow out got pics and all she called them and told them what happened, they decided to report her as a no call no show and now she's restricted for 30 days
Great people to work with all the residents are sweet and caring
Most of the employees are very RUDE. Yell at residents. Food is wrong, they don't care what they give diabetes. The Doctor does not visit patients. They do a phone call to the person in charge. Also there van is not big enough for wheel chairs, no heater that will keep it warm to take patients to a doctor. The administration also does not keep track of people. They listen and lie about what goes on.
I have been a resident for two months due to two broken ankles so I was on bed rest for two months before I could even start therapy. The staff here is amazing. Everyone from all of the departments deserve credit they are awesome!!!!
