I can't say enough good things about Park Village. The facility is clean and beautiful but more importantly, the staff is amazing. Every person we encountered was kind, polite and very caring. They go above and beyond what is expected, which in the health care field can be rare. When you leave the facility, you know your family member is in good hands. The administrative staff is fabulous and you can tell they genuinely care about their employees and residents. Would definitely recommend.

Thanks to the good people including Michelle Dryden, Courtney Diosi, Jay O'Donnell, Becky Patton, and the entire aide/nursing/facilities staff at Park Village South, my dad, Thomas E. Adamich, received the best nursing facility care available in this area. Every encounter my dad had with the staff was kind, and the aides were gentle with him (especially during transfers and when restroom/hygiene needs were being addressed). Words do not adequately express my and my family's gratitude to them for what they did and for the community they have built and are maintaining for those in need of short/long-term care and rehabilitation. My family and I had the privilege of meeting other good people and their families who continue to receive that high level of quality care on a daily basis (a challenge in any nursing facility situation). Thankfully, Park Village South (and the entire Park Village organization) are able to maintain this elevated level of care consistently day in and day out.
Our musical duo, Mick and Rick, have really enjoyed playing for Steve and the great staff at this beautiful facility for senior citizens. The staff and residents were very enjoyable to play for and it's always such fun to watch them singing along to the songs they loved and enjoyed in their day and even to watch some of them dancing. We hope to see you all again soon.
This facility is the best!!!! Michelle Dryden DON goes above and beyond and is the most caring, compassionate, kind nurse who is dedicated to giving not only patients but families of patients the best care and experience in her facility!!! I cannot even begin to express my appreciation for her help to me and my family members multiple times. The staff is wonderful also from the PT staff, nurses, nursing assistants, dietary, activities -Steve is awesome to make sure the patients are included-housekeeping keeps the facility spotless and it smells so clean!!-the front desk staff and admissions are friendly and welcoming-Dr Richard Jones and NPs give great patient care also. The aesthetic of the facility is so beautiful and pleasant!! I give Park Village Southside a 10 star rating!!
A beautiful facility that took amazing care of my Grandma. She got top notch care and she was so pleased with all of the staff that she had during her rehabilitation stay after having COVID. Leaving my Grandma that day I felt at peace because she was in a place that supported her, respected her and gave her the best care possible. I honestly don't know that she would of done as well anywhere else. Thank you for your time, love and compassion for my Grandma ❤️
