This facility is Amazing. From the moment you walk in you feel the kindness and welcomeness from all levels of staff. It's open, clean, bright. The apts are beautiful, spaces, clean. The activities they have for the residents are great and focus on health ( mental,emotional, physical) My mom has been a resident for a few weeks and it is a transition but the staff make it easy. The staff answer all our questions and we are never passed from one person to another to get answers, my sister's and I feel very welcome every time we are there to visit our mom. I highly recommend park view place.

Finding a place for a loved one can be challenging, but no need to look any further! My family and I could not be more pleased with Oakmont of Covina Hills! I have had tours at several different places, none of which compare. Not even close. From the moment I walked in, until the time I left I was treated with the utmost respect. The staff is incredible - caring, professional, organized, attentive and each and every one of them go above and beyond. It’s easy to see that they love what they do. I’ve had interactions with residents who seem extremely happy and excited to be there. The establishment is VERY clean & smells really good. The food is something I would expect at a 5 star upscale restaurant. I can’t say enough about this place. I am so grateful that my Grandma will be well taken care of and safe. Oakmont of Covina Hills gives you peace of mind and treats everyone like family.
After touring many assisted living facilities, I moved my mom here because of how the community aided me in her move and how knowledgeable and kind the staff was. Now after 8 months, my mom is so incredibly happy and I feel proud of myself for giving her the best possible care I could find. I hope our relationship to the community remains strong and her level of care and concern she receives is as consistent as it is now.
They do not pay their contracts with activities. They had a samll business owner from tiktok to come in to sing for the residents. While this person loves singing for all the residents this person still has a home and family to take care of and does this for a living. HONOR YOUR COMMITMENTS!!!
No memory care facility is perfect, a balance takes time especially when dealing with dementia, however with time, we found the perfect balance for our mother at Park View Place. LeAnn, the director at Park View Place is Wonderful! She truly cares about the residents and their personal needs. The Memory Care Staff is patient, caring and kind. A shout out to Belen, Kayleen, Jocelyn, Heidi, Blessie, Bianca and Norma in Memory Care. The care you gave our mother will never be forgotten.
