This place has really gone down hill. Mice are running rampant, maintenance is not skilled nor professional. Everything gets contracted. And the management does not care about their residents, only their bottom line. One of the worst places to live. Take it from someone who lived there for a few years and had no choice but to move. It stinks upon entry and ppl are literally defocating on community furniture, in the hallways and in the elevator!!
This is supposed to be a smoke free community but in reality it is a smokers heaven. Many of the residents are smoking in their apartments. One man told me that he has 2 packs in his pocket and he was going to smoke them in his apartment. He said “I have been living here for 13 hrs and the managers don’t care. They won’t do anything about it”. That same night the fire alarm went off and the fire department came. We were stuck outside from 8:30 to 10:00 while the department checked the building. The fire department said that one of the residents on the 2nd floor was smoking in their apartment and it set off the alarm. I do not smoke, but my apartment smells like cigarettes. Everything in my apartment smells like cigarettes. I am tired of breathing in second hand smoke!
I have been living here for 2 years and have been very satisfied with management and maintenance staff. The atmosphere is peaceful and most of the tenants are friendly!
