Visited this property, met with Ms. Grier the property manager, was asked by her to present a money order of $25 for application fee. The manager said she would not process application until she found out questions I had about cosigner. Once she found out the information, she would call me and I would determine to proceed or not. She called back with the information and we decided NOT to apply for vacancy and that we would return to pick up the money order. We called to arrange a time to return and was told my money order was cashed and would not returned. Do not pay for application fee or give this establishment any money !!!! D. Young

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!!!!! I TRUSTED THAT THIS "SENIOR BUILDING" WOULD BE A SAFE PLACE FOR ME TO LIVE, BECAUSE IT IS "SUPPOSED" TO BE A NON-SMOKING FACILITY!! THERE ARE PEOPLE AT THIS PLACE, WHO SMOKE CIGARETTES, MARIJUANA, CRACK AND OTHER DRUGS WITH EMBALMING FLUID. I LIVED ON THE 2ND FLOOR, AND THE PERSON BENEATH MY APARTMENT SMOKED SO HEAVY, THAT I HAD CHEST PAINS FROM THEIR SECOND-HAND SMOKE THAT CAME THROUGH MY VENTS EVERYDAY, AND I HAD TO BE TAKEN TO THE EMERGENCY ROOM IMMEDIATELY WHILE SUFFERING WITH CHEST PAINS, FROM INHALING SECOND-HAND SMOKE. THE PROP. MGR., FELISA BYNUM, DOES NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR HEALTH AT ALL, BELIEVE ME. AND, I WAS ACTUALLY FORCED TO MOVE FROM THIS PLACE, BY BREAKING MY LEASE, BECAUSE THEY DID "NOTHING" TO HELP ME. I ALSO SUBMITTED A LETTER FROM MY DOCTOR,TO FELISA BYNUM ON 4/5/2024. THE LETTER STATES HOW THE SECOND-HAND SMOKE WAS EFFECTING MY HEALTH, AND ASKED IF I COULD BE MOVED TO ANOTHER UNIT. MS. BYNUM NEVER ACKNOWLEDGED MY DOCTOR'S LETTER AT ALL, AND NOR DID SHE CONFRONT ME WITH CONCERNS ABOUT MY HEALTH. BUT, PARK VIEW WANT TO MAKE "ME" RESPONSIBLE FOR 60-DAYS OF RENT, ONLY BECAUSE I HAD TO "SUDDENLY" MOVE OUT, IN ORDER TO SURVIVE FROM THE SECOND-HAND SMOKE. AND, AFTER COMPLAINING TO THEM SO MANY TIMES ABOUT HOW THE SMOKE WAS EFFECTING MY HEALTH, THEY SHOWED ME NO MERCY. NOR DID THEY ACKNOWLEDGE THE REASON AS TO WHY I HAD TO "SUDDENLY" MOVE OUT OF AN "EXISTING SMOKE CLOUD INSIDE OF MY APARTMENT EVERY DAY. AND ALTHOUGH I "COULDN'T" GIVE THEM A 60-DAY NOTICE BEFORE TERMINATING MY LEASE, I GAVE THEM MORE THAN A 60-DAY NOTICE, WITH ALL THE COMPLAINTS FROM MONTH TO MONTH, THAT I CONTINUOUSLY TOLD THEM ABOUT THE SMOKE. ALSO, I "DID" GIVE THEM A "ONE-MONTH" NOTICE, AND I PAID MY RENT THE SAME MONTH, BEFORE I WAS FORCED OUT BY THE SMOKE, AND THEY STILL WANT TO CHARGE ME TWO MONTHS EXTRA, FOR RENT. THIS PROVES THAT THEY DID NOT CARE ABOUT MY HEALTH AT ALL, AND THAT THEY ARE "UNFAIR TO SENIORS." ALSO, THEY ARE NOT PROFESSIONAL, BECAUSE THEY ONLY FOCUS ON TRYING TO FILL THEIR VACANCIES. SO PLEASE DON'T COME TO THIS HORRIBLE PLACE, BECAUSE THERE ARE PEOPLE ON OTHER FLOORS, WHO ARE ALSO COMPLAINING ABOUT SMOKE, AND HOW IT IS EFFECTING THEIR HEALTH. THERE ARE SO MANY OTHER PROBLEMS AT THIS PLACE, THAT I DON'T HAVE SPACE TO WRITE ABOUT. AND IF YOU MOVE HERE, YOU WILL DO SO AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!! ATTENTION TO THE OWNERS: YOU NEED TO CHECK TO SEE WHY SO MANY PEOPLE ARE MOVING OUT OF YOUR UNSAFE PROPERTY!
Have been here 8 months, very, very noisey tenant above me, I have complained to office but the house has gotten worse. This place has become a nightmare for me!
Well, this is the second time I have bedbugs. My neighbor has had them twice as well. Avoid this complex at all costs.
