People love the amenities and activiities.
The member just sit at the table from 5 o’clock all the way to 8 o’clock. This is the food they are feeding them.

I recently had the misfortune of visiting a retirement home that left a very bad taste in my mouth. The staff at this facility were completely unprofessional and seemed to have no respect for the residents they were supposed to be caring for. From the moment I walked in the door, I was greeted with a sense of disorganization and chaos. The receptionist seemed completely overwhelmed and unable to answer even basic questions about the facility's services. There was a distinct lack of communication among the staff, with no one seeming to know what was going on at any given moment. The caregivers themselves were even worse. They seemed more interested in chatting with each other than attending to the needs of the residents. I witnessed several instances of neglect, with residents left unattended for long periods of time, and basic hygiene needs ignored. Overall, this retirement home was a complete disappointment. The lack of professionalism and care was evident in every aspect of the facility, from the disorganized administration to the uncaring caregivers. I would not recommend this facility to anyone looking for a safe and caring environment for their loved ones.
